Basements
Basements built to be lived in — and to add value.
We finish lower levels across Utah County — framing through final paint, on a schedule you can plan around.
Why finish it
A basement is the least expensive square footage you will ever add to a house — the foundation and the roof are already paid for.
We finish it the way we build everything else: one crew on site from the first walkthrough to the last punch item, mechanicals and egress done properly rather than worked around, and a price agreed before anyone picks up a hammer. The standard downstairs is the standard upstairs — it should still hold up when someone looks at it closely in ten years.

The Money Maker Basement
A separate living space downstairs, built to bring in rent.
Best for: Owners who want the basement to pay for itself.

- Planned around your city’s accessory-unit requirements
