We take on a small number of projects at a time so the same people are on site from the first walkthrough to the last punch item. Nothing gets handed off to a crew you have never met.
The standard is straightforward: the work should still hold up when someone looks at it closely in ten years.

Before you call
How long does a basement take?
It depends on the size and what goes in. As a reference, a 1,000 sq ft lower level with two bedrooms, a full bath, a kitchen and laundry took us eight weeks. You get a firm finish date with the price, before work starts.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Permits, mechanicals, and inspections are part of the job, not something left to you.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. The 12-Month Basement is the same finished basement with the payments split across twelve months, at a fixed price agreed before we start.
Can you build a rental suite?
Yes — a separate entrance, kitchenette, and laundry, planned around your city’s accessory-unit requirements, with egress windows and sound separation between floors.
Who will actually be in my house?
The same crew from the first walkthrough to the last punch item. We take on a small number of projects at a time so nothing gets handed off to people you have never met.
Where do you work?
Across Utah County, including Eagle Mountain and Saratoga Springs.
What does a quote cost?
Nothing. Send the address and what you have in mind, and we will come look at the space and put a number to it.
